“Meeeooww” – Lord Fat Cat in Town
Lord Fat Cat is the uncontested Lord of the town of Darlington. The title was bestowed upon him by Bessy and Mrs Gertrude, after noting his large size and aura of nobility, and thus concluding that he must be lord among the cats. He has also been described by the protagonist as a champion of the little people.
The protagonist meets Lord Fat Cat around Town, in the Woods, or at Home. Occasionally Lord Fat Cat will visit her home and ask her to demonstrate the skills she has acquired, whether by playing a song or mending a doll.
